Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your query anticoagulants are drugs that has an anti-platelet activity and reduces the clotting capacity of blood and long term intake can has a side effect of causing bleeding episodes..
As you are noticing bleeding from gums there is a possibility that the gums have infection an inflammation leads to increased tendency of bleeding..
It is seen mostly in morning that shows that there seems that you have a habit of breathing from mouth and it can lead to drying and irritation of gums that causes bleeding..
If you sputum is blood tinged and also you have sinusitis there can also be bleeding from sinus lining leading to blood in sputum via post nasal drip..

I would suggest you to consult you physician and get evaluated and if required the dosage of the anticoagulant can be reduced..
Sinusitis should be treated as per requirement and if gums are inflamed scaling followed by gum paint application will help..
Do cold compresses over gums to reduce bleeding..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
