Hello
Welcome to Health care Magic

Bleeding from penis as in you suggest that you might be suffering from some infection in urethra. This might also be result of some urinary calculus/ stone which could be passed through urethra.
There is nothing much to worry. Drink ample amount of water. Infection will get healed on its own in most cases. A single episode of bleeding doesn't cause much problem

If bleeding persist or reoccurs, Visit a Urologist
Hoping your query is solved
Good luck
