What Causes Bleeding From Scar Tissue Post Child Birth?

I have really bad scare tissue from delivery of my first baby and I just had baby number 6 a year ago and sometimes the scare tissue gets sensitive from wiping and with bleed a tiny bit when I wipe and it s dry.. Is this normal can this happy.. It also happened while I was pregnant a couple times..

I understand your concerns.

It is normal for scar tissue to get sensitive from wiping. Perhaps your wiping tissues are causing such allergic reaction to your scar tissue.
However, it is not normal to get bleeding from the scar tissue. I advise to consult with the doctor who did the intervention (surgeon) to evaluate the status of the scar and local skin condition.

Try not to use wiping tissue. Instead, thorough water rinse can be a perfect choice.
