What Causes Bleeding From The Nose And Ears?

I am trying to help a young lady that I suspect is using ice. Sometimes her nose and ears bleed. Sometimes she stays awake for a couple days or more. She stays up all night and sleeps sometimes for days. Is it possible this is because of past use or would it be more likely that shes still using.

Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the bleed from nose and ears seem to be in connection with underlying coagulation defect with coagulation factors, platelets or others.

I recommend a thorough hematologic work up for the same.
