What Causes Bleeding From The Nose And Mouth?
the left side of my nose and spit blood from my mouth for 3 hours, the the right side of my nose started to bleed with the left side and spitting blood for the next 2 hours, (pouring blood from nose, I do not know how it was getting in my mouth. when the nose stopped, about a hour later, spit a large blood cloth. this all started while I was sleeping

Hello,
In order to make the nosebleeds stop you have to press the nose bear the bone. Bend head forward to avoid the blood going back to throat. If still doesn't stop go to hospital.
