Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

As per your complain, if you have bleeding while gargling then it can be due to inflammation from the gums leading to bleeding from the gums.

Inflammation of the gums is most commonly due to gum infection and any inflamed tissue has a profound number of immature blood vessels, therefore they tend to bleed even on slight stimulation..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis..

You can be advised scaling followed by a course of antibiotics and painkillers for relief..
Gum paint massage can also help..

Hope this helps..

Regards
