What Causes Bleeding From The Vaginal And Bladder Area While On Warfarin?

I have been on Warfarin since September and keep having bleeds from my kidneys and bladder and vagina. I have been to the ER twice and had vitamin K injections. The last time, I ate 16 oz of kale and brought my INR down. Today, I started a bleed this morning. I have eaten 16 oz of Collard greens this morning and still have a lot of blood in my urine. I don t want to go to the ER on New Year s Eve and quite frankly don t feel well enough to go. My flanks are hurting and I now think I have urinary track infection symptoms. I am thinking I should not take my tablet this evening. I take 2 mg T,TH,SAT, Sun and 4 mg M,W.F. YYYY@YYYY
