What Causes Bleeding From Throat?

Someone I know has been bleeding on and off from their throat (inside their mouth, not outside) for over a year. Whenever she speaks a little loud, her throat starts bleeding. Sometimes she wakes up at night and then spits out into the sink, because there is blood in her mouth from her throat. What is wrong

Hi.
Thanks for our query about the lady you are talking.
Read and understood that she bleeds from the mouth on speaking loudly or wakes her up in the nights due to presence of blood in the mouth.

I would advise in such cases the following ;
- A thorough ENT Endoscopy to find out the cause and to treat accordingly.
- CT scan and MRI angiography is required.

Once the diagnosis is found the treatment can be planned.
