What Causes Bleeding From Vagina While Suffering From Cough?

i am 63 .had chesty cough, felt rotten .doc gave me antibio. 2 weeks ago. feel better in myself butstill have cough. tonight have a slight watery bleed from my vagina. no pain so far . nhs say to see doc. mon. Im worried . any info would be helpful.
