What Causes Bleeding In Catheter With History Of Prostate Cancer?

My grandfather is 92 years old with history of prostate cancer. He has had a catheter for two years now. He just got out of hospital a week ago with a double uti. In the past 24 hours he has had three spells of bleeding in and of his catheter. Some bleeding was a little abnormal. It seems his testicles are swollen are are tender to touch, his blood pressure is also up. What should I do?

I really appreciate your concern, three factors are here which are not in favor of him and these are Age, malignant condition, and catheter, geriatric problem, malignant disease catheter difficult to managed in my opinion he needs hospitalization there only symptoms would be taken under controlled, take care.
