Hi..
Can understand your concern..
As per your complain bleeding from the gum adjacent to the tooth which is filled can be due to the filling material as it may have got impacted in the gums during filling leading to infection or
allergic reaction as it is a foreign body to the gums..
Other reason can be that during the cavity preparation there may be laceration to the adjacent gums and as the gums have a good blood supply they may bleed profusely on slight stimulation.
If you have any erupting or
impacted wisdom tooth which lies just behind the second molar the bleeding can also occur due to the infection or trauma to the gum flap overlying the wisdom tooth.
The bad smell in nose and nose bleeds does not seems related to the gum bleeding and can be related to some problems related to nose and
sinus for which you can consult an ENT expert and get evaluated..
I would suggest you to consult a
dentist and get evaluated for the cause of bleeding from the gums and get treated accordingly to prevent future complications like deepening of infection and pain.
In case of lodged filling into the gums the scaling of the gums to clean the filling remnants and infection can provide relief.
In case if it is related to the wisdom tooth x rays followed by the appropriate treatment with the wisdom tooth can help.
Hope your query is solved..
