Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hello,

Possible causes are like:
1. Nasal pricking
2. platelet dysfunction or clotting factor deficiency
3. Sinusitis
4. Vigorous blowing
5. Dryness

Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Apply pressure for ten seconds, use nasoclear saline spray. If no improvement get it done complete blood picture and clotting factor profile. Consult with your ENT specialist he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
