What Causes Bleeding In The Clitoris?

i wiped myself after using the toilet and i had spots of blood on the paper, i did this 3 times to find out where it was coming from and it seems to be coming from my clitoris, it then stung and feels like its warm and a little uncomfortable, please can you tell me why this is happening... regards
