What Causes Bleeding In The Crus Of Helix With Mild Pain?

Hi. I have a preauracular pit and it got infected a few weeks ago. It has healed or atleast gone down a lot since then. I applied antibiotics on it on the hole and behind the crus of helix. This week, my crus of helix has been bleeding and is slightly painful. Blood comes out or gets crusty if not cleaned. What should I do?

There could be some granulation tissue forming at the site and the infection has not settled completely. Cleaning and dressing the wound, oral medication and finally surgery to remove the pre- auricular pit would be necessary.
