What Causes Bleeding In The Gums, Nose And Vagina?

I had a stroke on 1 february 2014. I was bleeding from the gums, nose, vagina and back passage. Blood thinnerers have been looked at and altered but 6 months later and we still have not got it right. I am having a proceder done in 2weeks time to see why i have this bleed. do you have any succestions? Ida
