What Causes Bleeding In The Nose?

hi. Ive been having nosebleed every two weeks for 8 months now. i went to the ent and the ent cauterized the source of bleeding which is in the inferior turbinate. but the bleeding still occurs. i have an endoscopy and paranasal ct scan and it came back normal. Please help cause im really worried.

yiu might be having a habit of finger picking or any history of dryness in the nose. if everything is normal, you get ruled out for any bleeding tendency
