What Causes Bleeding In The Vagina?

                                                  one day my boyfriend fingered me then we had sex but whilst we was having sex i felt a slight pain, i had already lost my virginity months ago so im not sure what is wrong, then a couple days after i stopped bleeding he fingered me but not hard then i started to bleed again what is wrong ?
