What Causes Bleeding Nose Along With Abdominal Pain In A Child?

My grandson is 5 and has been complaining of his stomach and eyes hurting for a couple of days. He has had no appetite. Yesterday he had a fever and today he got a bloody nose that last about 10 minutes. What could it be and should I take him to the doctor?

* The bleeding nose and abdomen pain if associated in similar
sequence over a period of times, then some sort of auto immune
disorder affecting hemostasis with digestive tract must be evaluated
in details.

* He must be presented to his pediatrician for finer work up and cure
him at earliest.
