What Causes Bleeding Post Urination During Menopause?
I am 54 female in menopause. For the first time ever in my life, after I urinated, wiped, I noticed blood on the tissue. It was a very small amount. I also noticed a small amount on my panties. I have no symptoms. No burning, itching, or pain of any kind.
