What Causes Bleeding Through Anal,not While Emptying Bowels?

my 16 year old son has just started loosing blood from his back passage , he has no pain and it is happening even when he isnt emptying his bowels , ih is a slow drip but it has been going on now for a good few hours ,he has not been constipated and he emptys his nowels at least 3 times a day , what do you suggest

Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, it appears to be the hemorrhoids, with bleeding with out pain.
I advise you to consult a gastroenterologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have a proctoscopy examination for diagnosis andto exclude any other problem in the rectum.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms Thank O.D, cifixime, etc till the diagnosis is established.
