What Causes Bleeding Through The Breast While On Coumadin?

I was just taken of coumadine 3 days ago because of a pulmonary embolism 2 days ago got out the shower was drying my left breast and a drop of blood came out stop bleeding fast haven t bleed anymore but their is like a scap and a bit burning sensation is it bad?
