What Causes Bleeding To Stop After Having Sex During Periods?

I was in a kind of bleeding stage, but had intercourse couple of times then. Bleeding stopped within 2 days. Had couple of i Pills after intercourse. I have done urine test multiple times including today, and these are negetive. Do i need to worry ?
