General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the femilion tablet is combination contraceptive pill with combination of Desogestrel and Ethinyl estradiol. Its mechanism is through suppression of gonadotropins. The bleeding while on Femilon is related to improper intake of medication, missed doses or increase level of stress, systemic illness as high grade fever or others.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
