General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

It may be due to piles. For further assessment you may require rectal examination, complete hemogram after surgeon consultation. For pain you can take tablet Acetaminophen. You can apply lignocaine Jelly locally. You may require surgical intervention in case of severe bleeding.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale
