What Causes Bleeding With A Solid Red Expulsion In An Abortion?

hi i am unsure if you can help me i went tuesday of last week to get an abortion and i am still bleeding i also went to the bathroom last night and when i checked a SOLID egg shaped ball of red tissue and blood and the same thing happend again ti am very scared and i am unsure what to do

Understand your concern
bleeding with a solid red expulsion in an abortion suggests abortion process is started. It will start after 30-50 minutes after abortion pill and lasts for 5-7 days. In starting there is heavy bleeding and gradually there is decreased in blood. So do not worry it is normal process of abortion.
But you should consult the gynecologist if excessive bleeding continue after 7 days.
But take following advice:
Go for USG after 14 days to confirm the retain product.
Take proper rest, healthy diet with iron supplements , maintain pelvic hygiene and check for foul smells to prevent infections,
Do not worry consult the gynecologist.
