What Causes Bleeding With Blood Clots While On Nexplanon?
Hi I am 20 years old and am on nexplanon, curious to why I am bleeding but only when I wpe , I get blood clots , and when I wear a tampon it brown when I take it out like dead blood ?? I don t have any STDs I ve been with the same guy for 3 years now.

Hi,
Nexplanon being long acting hormonal (progesteron) preparation. It is known to cause change in bleeding patterns as a side effect. Strict genital hygiene is needed to avoid infection.
