What Causes Bleeding With Clots After Intercourse?
I had sex for the first time in about 18 months. It was really rough and fast. Not much lubrication. I m on the mini pill and don t have periods. Straight after sex I went to the toilet and was bleeding a fair bit. With clots like a period. A few hours later and it s almost gone now. Help?

Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Bleeding or spotting after intercourse can be due to some local lesions in the vaginal or cervix including cervical cancer.
I would suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist to get properly examined, investigated including pap smear and ultrasound and get appropriate treatment.
