What Causes Bleeding With Implants?

Hi i went to the doctors earlier because I had the implant fitted in December but iv been heavy bleeding with clots every day since then and loosing a lot of weight. She has booked me in for swabs, bloods and an ultrasound to check my womb. Can you tell me what this means please ? She didn t really say much. Thanks
