What Causes Bleeding With Severe Pain In The Ovary Apart From Periods?

Hi! I have a bad pain in my ovary. It's worst than my pain when I have my period. I started bleeding yesterday. I have an appointment wt the Doctors at 2PM today. My Q is why am I bleeding like that and why do I have these terrible pain, like liitle knifes cutting my lower tamy? Thank you so much.
