I started my period June 30th it came 5 days late but was a normal cycle 3 days, but on July 7th and 8th I had unprotected sex with my husband and since the 8th I have been bleeding/spotting and having mild cramps could I be pregnant? Or have something wrong with me?

Hello,
Thanks for sharing your health concern with us. In the current scenario, I feel pregnancy is a remote possibility since you had the intercourse soon after the onset of the period and in a normal 28-30 day cycle, this is the safe period. Ovulation occurs two weeks prior to the onset of the next menstrual period in a cycle, unless there is a luteal phase defect. Hormonal imbalance due to sudden weight changes, stress, cysts of the ovary, infections and use of certain medications can cause such spotting. Local causes like erosions, polyps of the cervix and uterus also can be responsible, especially if the bleeding is post coital. Please see a specialist for further appraisal of the situation and plan proper management. Hope this helps.
