What Causes Bleeding,swelling Of Glands And Skin Tags At Bottom Of Stomach?

I have been bleeding since Sept 17 dark clots and pain and cramping in my right side bottom stomache and all the pelvis region theres a distinctive odor . stomache feels heavy and im sick with flu like symtoms all time. Im nauseated and have keen smell. I finally stop bleed last night so i tried to check myself. All the glands are swollen that they protrude out some that also have bunch of polyp or skin tags. i felt same inside they were hard and had holes that i felt. what is inside the utreus suppose to look and feel like. this cant be normal.
