What Causes Blister Like Painful Blotches On The Palms?

My 10 year old daughter has red blotches on her palms that appeared about 5 hours ago out of nowhere. They look almost like blisters under the skin, but don t appear angry?. They started hurting about 15 minutes ago. No fever or sore throat. No spots on her feet yet. She has a history of eczema, but not severe, and hasn t had a flair up in 6 months. She did have an itchy rash on her back about 5 days ago that looked like heat rash to me. Thoughts?

hi,
thank you for putting up your query on HCM.
mam, your daughter has got pompholyx which is a deep-seated vesicular eruption of idiopathic⁄unknown origin affecting the palms and soles. it can also occur in hot weather as you have said that she also had heat rash.
also second possibility can be acute eczema or irritant contact dermatitis.
you can give her a course of antibiotics like tab cefixime according to weight for 5 days, drain bulla if they are large enough to drain, painkiller like tab aceclofenac and topical antibiotics like fusidic acid or mupirocin.
I hope I have solved your query .
thank you
