What Causes Blister Like Red Bumps On Hands And Feet Along With Ulcer On Tongue?

Hey, have red bumps on my hands and feet, some look like blisters. My thoat is sore and i have a large ulcer on the side of my tongue. I have been using mouth wash for mouth sores and cold medicine but doesnt seen to be working. Today is day three with the same things goin on. What else should i do? Jessica

Avoid spicy and heavy diets,Avoid non veg also for a small period ,like atleast two months.
Swarna makshik Bhasm 250mg tds
sarivadi vati 2 tds ...
Shirishasav 20 ml with equal amount of water twice ,after meals .for two months
