What Causes Blister With Pain While Urinating?

I have some problems with my genital area it almost looks like blister but it also looks like it could just a infection last time I had slept with someone was last weekend he claims he doesn t have any STI but I know he had slept with a girl.who has herpes.. he told me that he slept with her after me nd that it s impossible that I got it from him.. I can t even urinate without being in alot of pain it feels like someone putting lemon juice on a cut.. it hurts unless I m in water then the pain is gone..
