I have several small bumps along the inside of my butt cheeks and it hurts to sit and moving my legs make them hurt more and sometimes it burns when I pee. What could it be it has been about three days like this. I have been sick for a few days so when I cough I sometimes pee a little it could it be that causing it cuz I work all day everyday and can t ever really change pants and my underwear r very small for me.
Hello and welcome to HCM, Multiple painful bumps on inside of buttock cheek could be due to boils, folliculitis or some other infectious process. Pain is commonly seen in infectious lesions. A clinical assessment of the lesions is required to look for any pus collection or any other evidence of infection. Management can be done after clinical assessment and relevant investigations only. Passage of urine on coughing is suggestive of stress urination. Urinary tract infection is one the cause of stress urination. Thus, urine examination should be done. However, you need to consult an urologist for complete work up.
Thanks and take care Dr Shailja Puri
