What Causes Blisters And Pain In The Ear?

My daughter had red, hot burning ears yesterday. 5-6 hours later, she had blisters on both ears (scapha area). I had this same thing exactly 2 years ago this month happen to me. They swabbed my blisters and ultimately it came back as a bacterial infection and a topical antibiotic cleared it. I m just confused of why this would now happen to my daughter (9 years old).

Hi,
from history it seems that she might be having acute infection in external ear giving this problem.
There is possibility of having impacted wax in the ear causing irritation and itching due to putting some cotton buds to get relief from itching and might injured external ear producing reccurent infection.
Put antibiotic ear drops.
If require give her one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5days.
Avoid cleaning with q-tip or cotton buds if she has habit of it.
Ok andtake care.
