What Causes Blisters Around Anus?

I just found a bloodblister looking thing inside the lower part of my butt crack ...I squeezd it and lighter colored blood came out and it was sticky ..I now have a small hole there i applied alchol and antibotic cream on it with a steril gauze on it..what is this i am to ashamed to show my doctor very embarassing,,
