What Causes Blisters Around The Mouth Of A Child?

My baby is coming up to 10 months and has been at nursery for 3 weeks now. She is full of cold and now i have noticed she has blisters/coldsores on both corners of her mouth. Slightly red bit not big, none on her hands or feet at the moment. Do i need to visit my gp? Is this ok?
