What Causes Blisters Inside Throat And Under Tongue?
For the past 15 months I have been getting blisters in my throat and under my tongue. At first it was just my left side, but the past 2 months I have felt the blisters in my throat on the right side too. I have swollen glands on both sides and do not feel very well. I am under a great deal of stress at this time with two of my grown daughters and I do find that when I am under a lot of stress, the situation gets worse. With this last bout that started in April, I also had a cough, congestion and a severe cold, but in the past, the cold symptoms were not there. What is causing them. This time for the first time in my 78 years, I also got a cold sore on my lip on the left side. What can I do to avoid and curse these blisters?
Thanks for your query . The symptoms you mention occur due to untreated infection which causes problem. Infection lowered your immunity that is why you are getting mouth sores .
I would suggest you to :-
- Do warm saline rinses several times a day .
- Do beta-dine rinses twice a day .
- Apply orabase gel on sores .
- Take one spoon of honey in lukewarm water daily in the morning to boot your immunity.
Consult ENT specialist (ear, nose ,throat ) for proper examination to find out the exact cause.
