What Causes Blisters Like Moles In Pubic Area?

Hello, I have quick question. I have my pubic area 2 days ago and now I have 3 tiny raised blister like moles. I know they weren t there the day I haves because it was completely smooth when i shaved. I was tested after my last girlfriend and I was wondering if I have anything to worry about std wise. The blisters are reddish in color and inflamed.

Blister at groin region that may be because of herpes simplex virus infection.

In dermatitis blister may present with rashes.
Sexually transmites disease may cause blister around groin area.

HIV infection is most common in groin area.
pox virus infection may ruled out.
