What Causes Blisters On Penis Head After Intercourse?

Hi, I have a question about small groups of blisters that are forming on my penis and above. Only ever one small spot at a time usually after sex or when it s been hot, usually in an area no bigger then 10mm. I ve only been with the one girl for 3 years and started having these out of nowhere about 1.5years into seeing her. Last one I have currently on the tip of my foreskin and was wondering if it could be a friction or heat thing or should I get tested?

Understand your concern
Blister on head after intercourse due to two main causes:
Friction blister
STDs: gonorrhea, herpes, chlymadia.
As it multiple it may be chance of herpes. But herpes lesion is painful.
For safe practice you have to consult veneral disease specialist/DVD skin for examination and investigations.
If you have slight discharge the it should be tested for infection.
Urethral swab can be taken. In absence of discharge, urine and semen examination can be done to rule out the STDs. PCR and NAAT test for STDs.
If it will come positive antibiotics should be needed for gonorrhea, chlymadia and sypilish. Herpes should be treated by acyclovir tablet and local application.
If test will come negative then possibility of friction injury. For that avoid sex till blisters goes off. Use barrier method like condoms and lubrication during sex. Maintain hygiene before and after sex.
