My husband has been taking simvastatin for several years now along with other medicines. For the last year and half he has experienced an allergy to something and the doctors can t pinpoint it. He works outside and seems that the sun makes it worse. He breaks out on his neck, arms and hands really bad. They sometimes blister and peel. He also itches bad when this happens. He also takes clonidine, atenolol, and hydrochlorothiazide. Could some of these be the problem with his allergy?
