Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it is possible that you have acid reflux problem in which due to weakening of the muscles in the lower portion of food pipe or oesophagus leads to incomplete closening of the food pipe and the acid formed in stomach regurgitates to oesophagus, throat and mouth and in some patients it happens more in night due to lying down posture..
The acid can cause bumps and slimy feeling of the roof of mouth and throat tightness..
Antibiotics will not solve the issue and you need to take Proton pump inhibitors like PANTOPRAZOLE 40 mg twice a day, antacids like Diagene or Gelusil half an hour before meals, drink plenty of water for acid dilution, take meals atleast to 3 hours before sleeping..
Avoid acidic and spicy foods, sleep with head raised as compared to feet, do moderate workout and prefer home made foods and take more of yoghurt..
Hopefully you will find improvement soon..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards..
