I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain white coating on tongue is an indication of fungal infection known as Oral Thrush and blisters seems to be due to secondary to infection causing stomatitis.. You need to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and microscopic examination of the coating can help in confirmation of the cause so that the treatment can be planned accordingly.. For thrush he can advise you to take antifungal mouthwash like Nystatin mouthwash, suck clotrimazole lozenges and take ample of probiotics like Yoghurt and garlic.. For ulcers take multivitamin supplements and gargle with numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine.. Suck ice pips and drink plenty of water..
Hope this information helps..
