What Causes Blisters On The Top Of Penis?

I recently broke out with blisters on the top side of my penis. I have pain with urination and a few of the blisters have scabed over. There is no pain and they do not itch or have any discharge. Hi,

It may be due to herpes simplex viral infection or human papilloma virus or may be due to molluscum contagiosum. However, physical exam is needed to diagnose skin conditions like this.
