What Causes Blisters On Upper Lip And Severe Headache?

Hi, I am 35 yrs old and never had a blister or cold sore in my life. Well that changed today, I noticed 2 tiny blisters on my middle upper lip but it is where the mouth closes you cant see it but I know its there. What causes that, I consistently wash my hands, I dont drink after anyone, or been around someone with it, or contact. I don t know if there could be any type of connection but I had a horrible headache lasting 2 days, and the heat have been crazy...could that be the cause?

Blisters or sore on the lips or in the mouth are due to acidity in stomach, injuries, stress or Vitamin B and folic acid deficiency. As your complaints suggests that you had headache and the heat have been crazy it may be due to some stress which may be leading to acidity in stomach.
I would suggest you to take some antacids like Omeprazole (once daily) and Vitamin B and Folic acid supplements (Twice daily).
Drink lots of water, do not sleep immediately after eating, avoid spicy and oily foods for few days, do not eat upto full stomach, do not drink water immediately after eating - drink water after half hour.
