What Causes Blisters Under The Skin Around Toe?

I stubbed the tip of my big toe while running, I think it led to a small fracture as it was swollen and painful for a few weeks. In the months since it has seemed like there was a blister under the skin, but quite deep. It got quite large and I pricked it and drained a clear, gel-like fluid from it. It has since refilled a couple times and I have drained it each time it has gotten painful. Any ideas?

Hi,
From history it seems that there might be having toe nail bed infection giving this problem.
Do not try to prick the blister as there is a risk of having spreading the infection.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course for 3-5 days.
clean the part with antiseptic lotion or warm water and apply antibiotic cream.
Ok and take care.
