Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..
As per your complain the condition points towards a condition kown as Recurrent Apthous Stomatitis in which there is recurring episodes of apthous ulcers and inflammation inside mouth and it can be due to a number of common conditions like
Nutritional Deficiency of Iron, vitamin B12 and folic acid, stress,
allergic reaction to certain drugs, acid reflux,
tobacco chewing , hormonal changes etc..
I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and after a thorough clinical evaluation a proper diagnosis and treatment plan can be made..
The physician can advise you to take a short course of steroids,
multivitamin supplements, soda-bicarb gargles.
Sucking ice pops and cold water rinses can also help..
Avoid spicy and hard foods.
If you experience a dry mouth drink plenty of water and chew sugarfree chewing gums for stimulating saliva flow..
Maintain a good
oral hygiene..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
