What Causes Bloated Feeling In Abdomen And Tailbone Pain?

I was diagnosed with fibroid tumor about a year ago had a scope and d/c bleeding got better but now I am having bloaty feeling and abdomen always feels swollen. Also tailbone pain when sitting and hurts real bad when I stand up after sitting a long time. Do you think the fibroid has gotten larger causing this problem and what would be the next step to take?
