What Causes Bloated Stomach And Extreme Fatigue?

HELLO, I am 33 with two children. I had my last period on 2 April and did not get again in May (17 days up). The self-test for pregnancy has been negative a week ago. The urine test by nurse today was also negative. I had spotting 2 days ago and today (the days when I walked). My body has been swelling since I terminated breastfeed in October last year. My tummy feels bloated than usual. I had extreme fatigue 2 weeks ago, but last week I have been fine. What could be the possible problem?

I really appreciate your concern, history of irregular menses or amenorrhea and abdominal symptoms are different from each other one more thing this is not the conception, such abdominal symptoms could be due to dyspepsia, hope this information helps.
